Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns
You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement if you made a mistake or if they do not meet your expectations.

IMPORTANT: Before any return, it is necessary to contact us (via email, fax, or phone) and obtain our consent for the return you wish to make. Otherwise, Newyorkcollection.gr reserves the right to refuse receipt of your return.

Return of Non-Defective Products
Our belief is that the online store should not differ from a physical New York Collection store. Therefore, whether the return is due to a change of size, color, or for any other reason (e.g., you were not satisfied with the product), returns are allowed within 14 working days from the day of receipt.

If the return is not made within 14 working days, Newyorkcollection.gr may refuse any return for replacement or cancellation of the transaction. Note that the shipping date of the returned product is considered the one indicated by the courier on the receipt, for the purpose of checking the timeliness.

Products must be in their original condition as received by the customer, complete and without damage, and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product, along with all documents that accompanied the product (e.g., delivery note, retail receipt).

In case of changing size, design, or color of clothing, shoes, or accessories due to a customer’s incorrect assessment, the customer can call 2104631070 and state the change they wish to make. New York Collection will then collect the incorrect product and send the new product. The cost of this process is €5.00, which corresponds to the shipping costs.

Returns are not accepted for underwear and swimwear bottoms (slips) for hygiene reasons.

Return of Defective Products
In the event of a wrong product being sent, New York Collection fully undertakes the replacement and shipment of the correct product to the buyer, covering the full shipping cost, provided that the product is returned in its original factory condition.

The replacement request must be made within 14 days from receipt of the incorrect product and after prior contact by the buyer with the company, either by phone at 2104631070 or by email at info@newyorkcollection.gr.

Once the product is received by our company, the new shipment to the consumer will take place within 1 to 4 days (depending on availability).

Our company bears both the return shipping costs of the product to be replaced and the shipping costs of the new product, if the defect is due to intent or gross negligence on our part. In any other case, our company bears the cost of returning the product, while the customer bears the cost of shipping the new one.

The returned product is replaced with a product of the same characteristics, brand, and size as the returned one, without the defect and provided it is available in our company’s inventory.

If it is not available, our company informs the customer and offers the option to choose a new product to purchase. The new product selected by the customer must be of equal or greater value than the one returned. If the cost is higher than the amount already paid, the customer pays the difference. The product returned for replacement must include all documents that accompanied it (e.g., retail receipt, etc.) and its complete packaging.

Please note that all exchanges are carried out according to the prices currently in effect on Newyorkcollection.gr.

Refunds
If the customer cancels the order, the refund of the funds reserved on their credit or debit card will be made using the same method used to pay for the order. The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from receiving their order and request a refund, not necessarily a new order, without providing justification. In this case, the customer bears the shipping and cash-on-delivery costs.
