2. Product availability
   All product orders depend on their availability and, in this context, in case of supply difficulties or products being out of stock, we reserve the right to inform you about similar products of equal or superior quality and value that you can order. If you do not wish to order such similar products, we will refund you in full any amount you may have paid.

3. Privacy policy
   Your personal data is collected by our company exclusively and only in the context of conducting transactions with newyorkcollection.gr and our communication with you for the completion of your orders, your invoicing, the facilitation of deliveries, the execution of your orders, the service of your requests, as well as the sending of informational messages related to our products and services (email, SMS). 1. DATA AND TRANSACTION SECURITY
   Our company recognizes the issue of data and transaction security as a matter of utmost importance and therefore takes all necessary measures to ensure it. Customer information is not disclosed to third parties and, during your browsing of the website, remains encrypted and therefore not visible to unauthorized third parties. 2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
   The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of their order and request a refund and not necessarily a new order, without having to justify the return.

3. POSSIBILITY OF ORDER CANCELLATION
   You may cancel your order in the following cases:

a) Before the product is shipped/received – Cancellation is possible by sending an email to info@newyorkcollection.gr or by contacting us by phone at 2104631070.
b) After receiving the product, with the only charge being the shipping/cash-on-delivery costs.
c) After receiving the product – You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days.
